Frequently asked questions

How is the visibility score calculated?

Each answer gets a points value: 100 if you are named first, then 15% less for each lower position (with a minimum of 20 when you are named at all), and 0 if you are not named. Your score is the average across all answers in the period.

Can I share the report with my team or clients?

Yes. The results email can be forwarded, and everyone can read the same numbers in the dashboard. Client-ready reports for several brands come with the Agency plan.

How often is the report updated?

Weekly on the Free plan and daily on paid plans.

Is the AI visibility report free?
