Service terms: Cite your brand in AI

These terms cover the done-for-you Cite your brand in AI packages (Starter, Growth, Scale and Custom). Using the GrowMarketingPro software is covered by our Terms of service. By ordering a package you agree to these service terms.

The short version

• Each package is a one-time, best-effort service, done by hand by our team.
• We work to the quantities in your package, but site owners and communities decide what goes live.
• We don't guarantee AI mentions, rankings, traffic or any uptick. We measure and report what moved.
• The AI ads credit coupon is a launch offer with no cash value.
• Every placement and mention is honest and disclosed. No fake accounts, fake reviews or vote buying.

1. What each package includes

Custom packages are agreed in writing (by email) before any work starts, and these terms apply to them too.

2. What a "live URL listicle" is

A live URL listicle is a published list or comparison page (for example "best tools for X") that names your brand and stays live at a public URL. It can be:

• a page on a third-party website, such as a niche blog, review site, directory or industry publication; or
• an article published on an open platform such as LinkedIn, Medium or a similar site, written and published by us or our partners.

We choose the sites and platforms, favouring pages and domains that AI assistants already read for your topic. Some placements are earned (free); if a site charges a fee, the link is labelled as sponsored. Lists we publish ourselves that include a paying client carry a disclosure line. Every URL, and whether it's third-party or self-published, earned or sponsored, is listed in your report.

We can't control third-party sites. A site owner may edit, move or remove a page after it goes live.

3. Community mentions

Community mentions are helpful answers in relevant threads on Reddit, Quora, forums and similar communities. We research high-intent threads (people asking for a product like yours) and draft the answers. Each mention says openly who it comes from.

• Mentions are posted from your own account, or from an account we agree with you in writing. We never ask for a password in a form or by chat.
• The number of mentions is "up to" the figure in your package, because communities, moderators and thread rules decide what can be posted. Moderators may remove a post.
• We follow each community's rules and won't use fake accounts, buy upvotes or post fake reviews.

4. Delivery

The target is about 1 month from the kick-off call, once we have your requirements form and the access we need. It's a target, not a deadline: outreach, site owners, moderators and access delays can move it. We keep you updated by email.

5. What we don't guarantee

AI assistants change their answers from one question to the next, and search engines decide their own rankings. So we don't guarantee:

• that ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or any other assistant will mention or recommend your brand;
• any ranking, traffic, lead or sales result;
• any increase in Search Console or GA4 numbers;
• that a third-party page or community post stays live forever.

The pre/post AI visibility, Search Console and GA4 sections of your report show what moved during the work. They report results; they don't promise them.

6. AI ads credit coupon

Growth and Scale include an AI ads credit coupon ($70 and $120). It's a launch offer, not part of the price. We spend it for you on ads in ChatGPT for your buyer questions, or on Google Ads for the same questions where ChatGPT ads aren't open to you. The coupon has no cash value, can't be exchanged for a discount or transferred, and expires at the end of delivery. The "effective price" shown on our pricing cards is the package price minus the coupon value; you pay the package price.

7. What we need from you

• The requirements form: your website, what the business does and your location or target market (keywords, persona, interests, competitors and a Reddit profile link are optional).
• A kick-off call with one of our experts.
• Read-only access to Google Search Console and GA4, so we can measure the before and after.
• Accurate facts about your business. We don't invent claims, reviews or numbers.

8. Payment

Packages are one-time and paid upfront, in US dollars, either by invoice or by online checkout. When you pay through online checkout, our payment partner Paddle.com is the merchant of record and sends your receipt. Work starts once payment is confirmed.

9. Confidentiality

We use your details and any access you give us only to deliver your package. We don't share them except with the sites and partners needed to publish your placements, and we remove our access when the work ends. See our Privacy policy.

10. Changes and your rights

We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
