Shipping and delivery policy

GrowMarketingPro sells software and online services. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

Software plans and top-ups

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) and top-up packs are delivered instantly online. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the plan or credits are added to your account at growmarketingpro.com/app, and a receipt is sent to your email. If anything hasn't appeared within 1 hour, contact us and we'll fix it.

Cite your brand in AI packages

The done-for-you packages are delivered online, by email and through links in your report:

• After payment you fill in the requirements form and we email you within 1 working day to book a kick-off call.
• The work is done by hand. The target is about 1 month from the kick-off call, once we have your details and the access we need.
• At the end you receive a report by email with every live URL and the before and after results.
